Anyone have a Banks Power kit on their 6.0L?

I just bought a new work truck about 1 month ago. It is a 2006 F-250 Diesel Lariat 4x4. The previous owner had a Banks Kit installed. I'm not sure what kit, but the exhaust it 3" from the turbo all the way back- NO RESTRICTIONS! I believe he had a bigger turbo put in, but I'm not sure. I do know that this truck is way faster than my 04 6.0L diesel. I had the same truck before the only difference was the banks and the color. Anyway, yesterday, we had bad flooding in my area and to avoid hitting 2 small cars, I had to go on a flooded street. It was just above the front bumper (the water). Of course the engine died and I turned off the key. I call my service guy at ford, and he said let it sit for a while and then see if it cranks. It cranked. So he said to try starting it. We the batteries didn't have enough power so I charged them up, and sure enough after cranking about 10 seconds she fired up. sounded sad though... as it started my neighbor noticed about 2 gallons of muck and water blow out of the exhaust pipe. It smoked blueish smoke for a while and then I tried driving and the engine wanted to die... kinda put put put so I let it run a while longer and then it was fine... drove like normal. I took it into town for a while and then came home parked it, and called it a night. Now this morning, I go out to the truck, fire it up, and let it run. 5 minutes later i don't hear the turbo anymore.. (normally it sounds like a strong wind coming out of the exhaust, this time it was just a throaty engine sound) I go in the truck and the check engine light is on. I start it and it does the same thing but quicker. You hear the turbo and then right to the engine noise. So I drove just a small distance, and the boost gauge doesn't move at all as it normally would. I'm still trying to find my OBD-II scanner as I have had some good luck for a while and haven't had to use it... But I'm wondering if there is some type of pressure switch built into the exhaust that maybe I blew out when that muck went through... I don't know. I just have no idea why the turbo would stop. Any imput would be greatly appreciated.
