Codes pulled from my g/f 03 6.0 truck. . .what do they mean

P0603--Internal control mod kam error
P2285--Injector Control Pressure Sensor Circuit Low

What do these codes mean and what do i have to do to fix them
just had a superchips programmer on the truck which has ran fine for almost 10k miles and now these codes have came up. . .pulled them with the programmer any help would be appreciated. . .
took the programmer off and cleared the codes and it still came back on

the truck also has a hard time starting . . . My 7.3 sounds like it has a huge cam in it when it starts in freezing cold weather and her 03 6.0 does the same sounding thing even when it is like 50 degrees outside

please help we dont want to drive around with the check engine light

The first one means you have a programmer.
THe 2285 is the ICP sensor. I would replace it. But I would remove the programmer first, reset the codes, drive around, retest. No codes? The programmer is causing them.,

You may want to check closely at the back of the engine for oil leaks. 2003 model years ALWAYS blow out the ICP sensors. What ends up happening, is the oil blows through the sensor and destroys the sensor and electrical connector to it. The fix for this, is to replace the ICP sensor (Ford part number 3C3Z-9F838-EA) and the connector (Ford part number 5C3Z-12224-A).

i dont know about the 7.3, but the 6.0 might need a updated flash from ford, IIRC ford put out a flash to help with cold starts
