"Emission" light on dashboard
Have a 2004 Powerstroke. F250. 125,000 miles. All Amsoil fluids and filters. A light on my dashboard-which looks kinda like a picture of a transmission, but the manual states it is the "emission" light, has been staying on some days all day. Other days it is not on at all. Truck seems to be running fine. However tonight I was just cruising along at 45 mph and lost everything, no engine, no power, nothing. Pulled over and restarted truck and it ran fine. Anyone know what this light really means or what to do when it is lit? Help please!!!!
