Brake peddle sticks up

So now this is about as unusuall as it gets because every brake problem i know of makes the peddle go to the floor not stay up.

So i have a:
short bed
6.0 diesel
20,000 miles
It is stock height with 20 inch wheels and 34 inch tires

regardless of the countless little problems i have had this is the only one i am worried about:

I took it to the dealership today after about a dozen occurences and they could not replicate the problem. I also work in a mechanic shop and with the combined expereince everybody who works there has, none of us has ever heard of this happening.

So heres the problem:
It happens after a take a corner, and i feel a vibration by my foot, its the brake peddle! The brake peddle is stuck in the up position and is vibrating like it does when the anti-lock is engaged. I have to tap the peddle several times before i regain braking power and am able to push the brake in...its a little unerving, especially when i am behind a car.

I really need to find a solution before i end up in a accident! Can ANYBODY help me?
