Washer Fluid ?

I've got kind of a stupid problem with my truck. The drivers side window washer squirter doesn't squirt. Is there a common area that the lines like to come disconnected? It looks like I'll have to pull off the plastic cover to get in there, but then I have to go get new plastic tabs. Any suggestions?
Thanks!

unplug the line at the tank and lightly try blowing it out with compressed air. Then you will either hear the leak or unclog it.
