If it did loose the stock file you have 2 options.

1 call PPE tech support and see if they can build you a stock file and flash it to your tuner

2 Take the truck to the dealer and have them reflash it

It didn't loose it. Let me guess. You went to load a new tune and instead of going to select power level it went to downloading tune from computer. Then you set it on level 0 it loads and then you start the truck and it feels like it is on level 8. Your stock file isn't lost. The programmer just had a fart. You will need to send it back to PPE to get fixed. What you could do is just set your truck to level 1 so you don't harm anything.

As long as he didn't unplug the tuner while loading the stock file is in it. It's just hiding and he'll need to send it to PPE to get fixed.

LowStroke also ran PPE but I think he'll speak down on it because of his $10K burnout.

More than likely PPE will be able to recover the stock file. I've personally seen it twice and both times they got fixed.
