Turbo whistling?

I have a 2005 F-250 6.0L that has a distinct whistling sound under acceleration. Is this a problem ? I previously owned a '97 7.3L that I am sure didn't do this. I am not much of a mechanic so any advise would be welcomed. My truck has 88,000 miles, and the only upgrades I am aware of are the 6 inch lift and a Bullydog air filter. Thanks in advance.

Put an exhaust on it and you'll really hear it !
