Running out of options

Alrighty fellas im running out of options here, i bought this 04 f350 about amonth ago, it ran fine, well i did an oil change and changed the fuel filters and it started right up after that, the next morning i go to start it and it started horrible super rough start and really rough idle till it warmed up. Come to find out i was 5 quarts short so i added the 5 quarts and no change, so i went with the fact its just the first start of the day that it has a really rough start and idle till warm so i assumed it was the ficm bc i pulled a p0611 code well the ficm is good i have the 58 v so it keeps the code on, i had a hole in the rubber coupling to the turbo hose so i replaced that, then just replaced all 8 glow plugs bc it also pulled a few bad glow plugs, 2 brand new batteries and brand new EGR valve. im hoping its just stiction, is there anything else that it could be, im gonna try rev x and see what that does

What kind of oil did you use? How did you check your FICM (Running, key on, cranking)?

Sounds like classic stiction to me. there was a really good how-to thread on cleaning the varnish from the spool valves on the injectors..

Fixing stiction
you may give that a shot. It beats the cost of revX
