Still no change in rough start.

I had 8 brand new glow plugs put in, I had a hole in the turbo cuppling replaced that, 2 brand new batteries new oil, filter and fuel filters, and the ficm isnt bad still have rough putting first start of the day but itll start fine for the rest of the day even if the engine is cold. its just after it sits all night

What year is the motor? do you have a way of monitoring ICP pressure?

What oil filter and oil are you running?

its an 04 and no no way to and motorcraft filters all the way through

fuel injectors cause way more starting problems than glow plugs

I understand that but injectors cause black smoke which there is none and I have fill power when the truck.is warm so no.other problems besides the first start of the day

Not if they stick towards the closed side or fire but not completely open for the spool valve or, if the nozzles are somewhat sticky or clogged. Of course, if they remain open then you would get smoke and other issues.
