Unhappy Really strange problem all of a sudden

So i go to leave the house to get something to eat, truck starts fine. But i just have a feeling something isn't right.

I get to the drive through and shut it off, order my food, but when i go to start it again it starts but wont go past 500 rpm and running EXTREMELY rough, no response from the pedal and then it stalls. I shut the key off and start it again, perfectly fine.

I haven't made any changes to the truck at all recently, the vanes are stuck on my turbo but ive just been babying it and the new one comes Tuesday.

If someone could point me in the right direction to start looking it would be much appreciated.

No way the turbo would do that, one of three things. Fuel, volts or oil pressure. Can't diagnose without more information.

Oil pressure seems fine from the dummy gauge in the cluster, I'll have to do some further testing on fuel and voltage when I get home from work tomorrow morning.
