2004 f25 6.0 2003 oct vin tac rpm to fire

Ok I would like to puy to rest once and for all I'd or if I don't need tac rpm to fire the injection

I have the crank wont start problem
Put on new ficm chip got good volt keyon/and crank still no start
I did I just do a delet kit egr, on it is the hp screen clogged.... ?
Any idea it ram great for about 400 plus mile the lost power and quit
Even call if you want this truck is turnmg me into a mechanic ,
