Truck in limp mode?

Maybe all experts can help me out. Okay I pulled my turbo off and cleaned it. Put it back on and it ran great. Then a couple days later I did the blue spring mod. Again ran great all day. Then this afternoon I cleaned the truck and changed to my srl+ tune. Took her out for a spin and got on it one time. Right after that it wouldn't boost more than 10psi or go over 35mph with the petal to the floor. No smoke at all. I tried putting it back to stock but it only made it worse. Throwing P0488 and p1000. Please any advise would be very appreciated. (I was messing with my air filter as well).....oh and I put in some diesel kleen today as well...

Do you have a monitor? Is your egr cooler deleted? Try cleaning the hose from the map sensor to the intake.

If you have an egr valve pull it and clean it, besides that check all your boots coming from your turbo and check your mass flow air sensor for obstruction.

Yes I have an egr delete. So it shouldn't matter if I clean it right? Just checked all boots and maf and all is good. Also what is weird is that my cts is reading 0 boost but my mechanical boost gauge is reading ten lbs when I have it floored.... This has defiantly got me scratching my head. I just disconnected my batteries and I'm letting it sit. Hopefully I just tripped something

Reset didn't work unfortunately. It won't rev over 2500 when floored.

Turns out I blew the map hose off. Trimmed it up cause it was cracked, cleaned it and the fitting. Runs fine now. thanks!
