6.0 starts crappy sounds like a choo choo train trying to start

okay I had someone change my oil and his stupid self pump 10 qts of oil in instead of 15 and ran that way for about a week well now when I start it up in the morning 50 degrees or so it sounds like a choo vhoo reason trying to start plop plop plop and idled really rough then smooths out when it's warm and has alll the power in the world. just a ****ty start, help guys please
