when my truck warms to 192 it will start to miss,and fills like it hits limeters.ive changed oil and fuel filters,ive cleaned egr valve.it has 125500 miles on it 6.0 2004 thanks dennis

Do you have a way to pull codes? It kinda sounds like you may have a high pressure oil issue. When was the last time you changed your air filter?

how does it run cold, in my opinion you could possible have a injector dropping out hot , or icp sensor problem which can be temperature related at times
