Wont Cold Start

My 07 F350 6.0 wont start after setting over night. After about 10 cranks it will start but run rough for a min, then it will run perfect the rest of the day. No smoke when I start it. I checked the FICM all 3 start points had 48.9 volts with the key on, off, and started. PLEASE HELP
