6.0 Warranty Issue

It turns out that I didn't blow it up, the oil cooler failed. But the dealership says they won't warranty it due to the Edge tuner. I contacted Edge and researched the Magnuson-Moss warranty at, but this doesn't even seem to scare them. Any advice?

Take the tuner off and go to a different dealership. More than likely the tuner didn't cause the failure and some dealerships are more helpful than others.
