ABS light

2005 6.0 with a 4" lift kit that has been on the truck for 3 years
Towing my toy hauler down the highway the ABS light came on and stayed on for 40 miles. Drove the truck around for 3 days over the weekend with no abs light. At the end of the weekend drove 150 miles home and had the abs light come back on. Drop the toy hauler off and drove the truck 5 miles and light went off. I have had the trailer has long has i have had the truck. This is the first time for the light. Any ideas?????

to the ORG. It could something as simple as something in the plug to a bad speed sensor in the rear end or a bad module. If you can take it somewhere that has an ABS scanner, that will make it easier to figure out. I am sure some more people will be along to help with more info.
