Low EOT on Insight

I have an 06 F250. I installed an Insight a few months ago. Most of the time I have an EOT reading 5-10 degrees higher then ECT. Maybe half a dozen times I have looked over while cruising at 70mph and seen an EOT reading 10-20 degrees cooler than ECT. Is this even possible? I searched the forum and a few other people had the same problem, but no one had an answer. Thanks in advance for any help!

Your sensor could possibly be going bad. I do believe the sensor for oil and coolant temps are interchangable. Swap them and see if the difference in temps changes. I'm assuming that you do not have a BPD external oil cooler at this time. If you do have a BPD then yes it is possible to have oil temps lower than coolant temps.
