steering issue

So today got off the interstate and made a right turn. All of a sudden I felt a pop and the truck started pulling left corrected and it popped and started pulling right did this for about five blocks. At a red light I turn all the way left and then right and it stopped popping and jerking. Does anyone know why this is happening? Thanks in advamce

I bought truck about two months ago with 105900 miles on it and its now doing this pop pull thing on me. I go in next week for an egrear check engine light. Maybe they can find several things iI can have covered under warrentywarranty I bought with truck. Think it well make it that long? And if it goes out is that bad I am driving a lot going interstate lately.

I'd be leery about driving in case it let's loose and you get in a wreck???
