Fuel pressure

So I have a fuel pressure fudge on my 04 6.0 and I've had it on there for like 3 months and it has always stayed at 50psi. But in the last two days it won't stay in one spot abd varies from 45-100psi. It's acting like one of those old school fuel needs the kept moving on like a 4 wheeler or snow mobile. I haven't noticed anything performance wise, it's a little sluggish on tske off like the fuel is taking a sec to get to the motor. Just looking for what could be causing this. Thanks.
