No luck with smoke in cab an loss of boost!

So I'm still at a stand still with my 05 dually I'm runnin the sct livewire ts now I have terrible screeching sound from what sounds to be from the turbo but neither the inducer nor exducer seems the be rubbing the housing and still haven't found any cracks in the bellows or poor sealing from the up pipe to the turbo...I can only build about 1000rpms of boost if that and if I do black smoke pours into the cab from vents and under the hood is completely black please help!

Get a bunch of non-chlorinated brake cleaner, clean off all mating surfaces and bellows with the exhaust. Man to heads, man to up pipe, up pipe joint by egr cooler, awhere the egr cooler is, up pipe to turbo, and the intake where the egr and egr cooler is. After its clean and dry, have a friend start it and rev it while you look for smoke. Theres really no way to test it other than to see it. Unless you can somehow blow smoke into your tailpipe with engine off. Not sure how but it can be done.

You may want to check your air filter or for a restriction of airflow, rag in air duct or clogged cac.

My vote cracked flex pipe, mixed with underlying issues
