Need help with some codes

I pulled codes today because the truck keeps popping back through the exaust. I cleaned the egr valve two days ago and now its worse.
Codes: P0603 internal ctrl mod kam error
P0683 glow plug ctrl mod tp pcm comm circ
P1000 moniter checks not complete more driving required
P2623 injector ctrl pressure reg circ open

In that order. So what exactley does this all mean?

Yes I just put a super chip in. So that accounts for that one. Any one know what or why the others are?

OK THE 0603 IS FROM A PROGRAMMER AS WELL AS THE 1000 UNLESS YOU HAVE RECENTLY TRYED TO CLEAR THE CODES. IN THAT CASE THATS WHAT THE 1000 IS FOR AND THE OTHER IS HARD FAULT ISSUES. PERHAPS FOR THE GLOW PLUG ISSUE...ALL IS SEE IS THE CONTROLLER BAD...REPLACE IT BUT THAT IS ONLY A SUGGESTION... BUT PRIOR CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE POWER AND GROUND TO THE MODULE...LOCATED ON THE PASS SIDE VALVE COVER. ONLY A SUGGESTION... ARE YOU STILL UNDER WARRANTY?? ONE OF THE LUCKY 03 OWNERS?? THE INJECTION CONTROL REGULATOR....IPR IS LOCATED IN THE REAR OF THE ENIGNE ON THE DRIVERS SIDE OF THE CENTER BEHIND AND BESIDE THE TURBO BEHIND THE ONE PIECE INTAKE MANIFOLD. THERE IS ALSO A ICP (INJECTION CONTROL PRESSURE SENSOR BACK THERE) IT IS A BIT OF A PAIN...REMOVE AIR FILTER AND INTAKE TUBE TO TURBO. REMOVE FICM RECTANGLE SIVLER MODULE...THOSE CONNECTORS SUCK...BE PATIENT AND DONT DAMAGE THEM. REMOVE THE MOST REAR INTAKE BOLT THAT WILL REQUIRE REMOVING FICM GROUND LOCATED ON THAT BOLT. TOOL CUSTOMAZATION NESSASARY IF THE NUT AND BOLT SPIN... THEN TAKE A PRYBAR AND CAREFULLY TAP THE EXHUAST SHIELD BACK A HAIR TOWARD THE REAR OF THE TRUCK. THEN DISCONNECT THE IPR...IT WILL HAVE A WIRE HOOK LATCHING IT TO THE REGULATOR. THEN REMOVE ICP SENSOR PLASTIC CONNECTOR BE CAREFULL. IF THERE IS OIL ON THE PLASTIC ICP SENSOR CONNECTOR REPLACE THE SENSOR AND CONNECTOR. THEN YOU HAVE ACCESS. FROM THERE YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN FOR PP DIAGNOSIS. THAT IS JUST WHERE THEY ARE. IF YOU ARE GETTING CODES YOU MUST DEAL WITH THEM FROM FIRST TO LAST. IN YOUR CASE ITS DOUBTFUL THEY ARE RELATED. AND NOT SURE IF IT WILL HELP YOUR EXHASUT POPPING. JUST LETTING YOU K NOW WHERE THEY ARE LOCATED.
