2005 6.0 won't crank!

I removed my dash the other day to look at the back of my radio because my sub isn't working. After I put the dash back on and reconnected the batteries, the truck didn't start. I made sure the connections were good and checked all of the fuses. I replaced the starter relay because I don't know how to check it! After that we replaced the starter, and nothing. Then we replaced the batteries, still nothing! I've done everything I could think of. I've unplugged the fan clutch and tried to start it. I've put it in neutral and jiggled the shifter while trying to crank it. I'm so lost! Thanks in advance

Also, the small wire reads 15-18v while the key is on, but when I try to crank it the voltmeter reads 0. I do hear all of the engine components warming up, and I hear a click in the fuse box when I turn the key.
