Recently my wife had the truck,at my sisters who lives a few 100 kilometers from me, when she went to start the truck and it would just turn over and nothing. My dad was there and he checked the fuel filter on top,and there was fuel. I suggested taking the bully dog off and return to stock, and if that did not worjk, to take off the battery cables, and reconnect and try again. Changing the bully dog to stock did nothing, pulling the terminal cables, letting sit for a minute, reconnect turned it over and it fired, and hasnt missed a beat since.Any Ideas?? 2004 6.0 4" exhaust, bully dog, guages.

You might have had a loose connection enough to cause some resistence and you might not of been getting enough voltage to the pcm for it to start. The pcm needs at least 10.5 volts for startup. I just taking a guess. Glad to hear your up and running:thumb:
