OBD11 stopped working

As if I`m not having enough problems, today a couple more popped up. #1 my parking lights wont turn off without disconecting the battery`s. #2 all my gauges in the dash instrument cluster quit working. #3 Now the OBD11 connector quit working. I checked all the fuse`s under the dash including the cigar lighter. All good. Are there any more fuses anywhere ? The truck starts fine but my CTS or my scanner cant communicate with the truck. Help !

Check the actual wireing to the obd plugin some folks like to splice in there for aftermarket stuff. Check your instrument cluster module and your engine fuze and relay as well.

Maybe I asked the question wrong. The connector for the codes under the dash is dead. My CTS lights up but is getting no information. I tried hooking up my hand held code reader and got the same thing. also the gauges in the dash cluster arent working. I`ve checked all the fuses and they are ok. I`m lost as to what to check next, could it be my PCM ? is there a way to check it ? This is driving me crazy as well as getting expensive. any information would help, Thanks. I`ve tried doing a search but came up with nothing.
