How big a deal was the 6.0

I wonder how many people realize that the 6.0 was the biggest fundamental change to the way a diesel worked in almost a hundred years.

Some do, hats what i explain to my costumers, the 6.0 was the first engine to have all that stuff under the hood, it was ahead of its time and thats why not everybody can work with them.

The 6.0 was a huge deal. Without it, companies such as powerstrokehelp.com, Destroked, ficmrepair.com, and Bulletproof Diesel would have never been founded.

I am curious by what you mean OP. What was the big change in how the 6.0 was designed?

High pressure oil system?
