What Diesel Additive to use...

Hey whats up guys.. What kind of diesel additive should i use, my truck has been telling me i have no fuel and then a day or two later my gauge shoots up to normal.. The ford dealer told me that i should add some addiitive to clean the stuff ou t of the lines.... What kind should i get and how often do i need to use it.....They recomended techron(spelling???) or Lucas???? Thanks in advance...

Diesel Kleen is a good one.
there is a write up on here somewhere but that is all i can rember about it.
i think it is a Power Service product and its the only "additive" i still use.
I do run 2 cycle but as for the additives thats it for me.

I would only ever recommend Stanadyne Performance Formula. I've used it since 97 in many diesels. It really does work and keeps pumps clean. And the cold weather performance is superb. Makes diesel fuel heaters unnecessary.

I'm using whatever the stuff that has slick diesel in it right now. Switching to somthing with sulfar next time to see if that helps my milage.

Plus 1. This is what I use. I am very happy with it.
I did a similar Thread awhile back and got some pretty good info. But I think I am sticking with my proven DIESEL KLEEN, I use the gray bottle and get it at Auto Zone.
