Bad HGs or am I just being paranoid?

OK guys I need some help figuring this out.

Last week I posted about my truck and how I thought my HGs were bad because I noticed a loss of coolant while towing. Then I thought, well, I recently changed my thermostat and hadn't driven the truck much so maybe it was just air in the system. Here is the latest info I have. Towed again this weekend and after the truck sat for a day and a half I checked the coolant. It was slightly low so I added about a cup of coolant. Thats it, a cup. Towed home and let the truck sit overnight. I checked the coolant this morning and there is ZERO loss of coolant from the tow home. In fact, it is slightly higher than where I filled it to. I am so confused!!! Help me figure this out!!

Oh, and there is no puking and no "tea kettle whistle".

Thanks for the input guys. Hopefully I'll have my TS back from SCT soon and I can monitor temps as well.
