Unhappy 07 F350 6.0L Steering Issue

I have a 2007 Ford F350 6.0L Diesel with a 6" suspension lift with 325/55/22 wheels. I started haveing steering issues a while back. Depending on what kind of surface im on its either better or worse. At this point at an idle i cannont turn the wheels plus the same off idle but with the front tires off the ground everything works fine. Ive checked all the ball joints, axle joints and steering linkage! Everything is tight but free moving. Ive replaced the power steering pump, gear box and pressure line from the hydro boost to the steering box. I have also disconnected the return line from the cooler assy and started the motor to check flow, flow seems to be fine. Im at a total loss on what to do here! any suggestions???

In your case I would suspect the booster itself from what you have described. But that is based on a stock truck you are now operateing outside of designed parremeters, all bets are off so to speak. I have heard of some guys useing a pump and gear box from a bigger truck sometimes works.

Check it this way...

Start the truck, step on the brake and try to move the steering Wheel, do you get any akward noise?

The steering pump is discarted, now, you should check the heat in the oil lines, because there are some lines that have a wire or something inside of it and sometimes it breaks and the steering box gets no pressure.

Also, do you have a manometer?, because you can check the pressure the box is getting. Also, does it has the big box or the small?

I have replaced the hydro boost to box pressure line already and i have disconnected the return line at the cooler and started the truck, i had good flow from there. no on the manometer and i believe it has a big box? i know i had a hard time finding a big enough puller to remove the pitman arm

I have 37"s and I could never turn the wheel at idle unless on ice lol. I've replaced 10+ pumps they don't last under the stress, I've replaced the hydro booster, gear box and every other steering component. The other day my gear box bolts snapped clean off inside gear box, go under your truck and push up on the pitman arm and see if the whole gear box moves.
