Please help! gauges and transmission

I recently bought a 06 F350 powerstroke 6.0L. A week after I bought it the wrench light came on and the check engine light. Along with that the RPM, Speedometer go to 0 and don't work. This is intermittent along with the TBC light flashes. Cant see anything on dash, miles, trip, etc.. This goes on and off while driving. When it comes back on the tow haul light flashes then all goes back to normal, seems like if I hit a bump kinda hard helps. Also when this happens it seems to shift me to 3rd maybe and stay there, even when leaving from a stop or on the interstate. Anyone have this happen or any suggestions? I've looked through forums and found that it could be fuse 45, replaced that and still happening. Also heard that a wire in my shift column is stripped and grounding out, tapped all the wires just in case and still nothing. PLEASE help trailering a boat 1500 miles in 2 weeks.
