Help P0148 and p1000 + tuner deleted stock file?

i just changed my fuel filters and yada yada i was going to return the truck to stock went into my tuner and well my stock file was gone?? what can i do here and are the codes related to this at all i been reading around could it be the PCM?

P0148 all by itself is either fuel quality or crank / cam sensor signal noise.
Since it happened with a program delete, I would clear it and see what happens. If it comes back and you have neither of those problems, you need a pcm reflash or replacement.
Don't panic, I think it'll be because of the tuner... if you are set on removing the tuner, you will probably have to have the pcm reflashed with "as built data" at a dealer.
Does it run well with the tuner removed? If so, I'd ignore It
P1000 is a standard code that says it hasn't completed the monitors yet. (ignore it) it means someone has recently cleared the codes, or the pcm has reset it self, or the batteries were disconnected

im going to contact edge see what they can do i heard they can do a pcm flash for free maybe
