p0148....now what.

Just got the last 3 injectors replaced. Everything on the truck was perfect. 650 mile trip to Ohio with 12k lb trailer. 200 miles out, last tank of fuel. No CEL but the code shows up on CS. Won't clear. I know it's fuel delivery error, I know it can be CM or CK sensors, or bad fuel.....but it seems the prevalent issue associated with this code is a bad PCM. Anyone have any insight on this or am I destined for another trip to the dealer. I really love this truck but come on.....this is ridiculous.

Well an update to this, loaded the stock FICM tune back in and the code is gone and hasn't returned for 200 miles. I get a small puff of black smoke if I stab the throttle but it clears right up. This bothers me a bit as I now have 8 new injectors, stand pipes, dummy plugs, ficm. I did get an EGR code that hasn't returned so I am thinking I may need to clean the EGR again but would a stuck EGR cause a quick, small burst of soot? The truck runs smooth as glass and there is nothing out of the ordinary on the monitor.
