Unhappy No start after throttle body removal, please give me a hand!

OK, so i removed my throttle body, to drill and tap for a boost gauge. drilled and tapped it just fine, did all the right procedures, etc, made sure there was no metal shavings, etc. when i removed it, i noticed the throttle body was pretty much what looked like open throttle, not sure if thats normal or not, just giving all the info i can. tightened the bolts down to mate the intake elbow to the throttle body, and torqued to 23 ft lbs. then i went to start my truck, and it just cranks...not sure what i did wrong, it was running fine yesterday after i did a test drive after installing an exhaust system on it. drove fine at that point. its a 2004 f250 king ranch with the 6.0 powerstroke. if someone can give me a hand on what i might wanna look for, im open to suggestions! i also hooked up my obd2 reader but there was no codes of any kind. thanks in advance!

ALSO, when i turn the key to the accessories position, you can hear the normal clicking noise for a few seconds before you would normally crank it.
