I have a 06 with a 6.0 and Was on a road trip pickn up daughter turned truck off for about 20 mins and it took 3 times of tryn before it started so didn't shut it down till we made it home, 3 days later shut it off and now it just turns over and no start, it has fresh oil and filter, a friend checked it with his reader and the HPOP reads good and the IPC reads in the mid 200's, this is my first diesel truck so all this is new to me, been driving a explorer sport for 2 days I NEED ADVISE!!

IPC in the mid 200's tells me you have a high pressure oil leak. Being an 06 its most likely your Snap To Connect fitting that goes to the HPOP. Only way to really no for sure is to do an air test. Injectors need a minimum of 500 psi to fire off, but a healthy system will usually read higher than that.
