few problems I THINK

2006 f350 dually CC lariat

TBC fault code came on at start up after work, i cleared it a few times but kept coming back. I haven't towed anything in a week or two, so no incident using brake controlled.

Then once it got dark i noticed my instrument cluster lights , running, parking, turn signal, and brake lights were out, I am guessing fuse(s) i am going to check in the AM when auto parts store is open, might be same fuse related to TBC?

what was funny or weird, once i got home in the driveway I turned the keys to shut the truck off after i put her in park but the truck was still running with the keys out. Could this be fuse related? , I got back in the truck and drove it back around the block came home and she shut off like normal

Any input would be appreciated
