New Wierd Noise - STC Fitting?

Hey Guys, I'm new so I apologize if I am digging old stuff up for nothing but I finally picked up my 06 F250 with 288,000 (bone stock) miles on the clock. I love the truck so far but I did notice something after an running some errands today. It sounds EXACTLY like the noise in this video. The truck was a commercial company truck and had all maintenance performed as close to on time as feasibly possible. The truck itself looks to have been cared after really well, it definitely runs well. I noticed this noise after parking at work today (after picking the truck up from the lot) and thought it sounded odd.

It was originally brought up in this thread by wezol5484:
Noise from under turbo (video)

Here is the video contained within that thread:
F250 noise under turbo - YouTube

Unfortunately, the thread ended without any closure if the STC fitting was the cause. I was wandering if any other owners ran into this noise and if I should really be alarmed?

More info: Truck was never modded, no aftermarket parts/programming etc. Starts like new both hot and cold (I beat the sales guys to the lot this morning by 45 mins and turned the key myself for cold start). All fluids look good and coolant looks fresh.
