2007 f350 6.0L blue smoke/ slightly sputtering 1500-2000rpm

My 2007 f350 is blowing blue smoke and sputters a bit but only when being gentle on the throttle, if I floor it , she runs fine and stops blowing blue smoke.

Truck idles fine, and cold starts fine. No codes come up, and boost is good.

I cleaned out the egr, wasn't really dirty, I just got this truck a week ago so I'm not sure what has or has not been done. It has 130,000 kilometers on it. Doesn't seem to be burning any oil been on full since I bought it, have driven 1000 kilometers.

Any one have any ideas?

Thanks!

Is there any way you can smell the smoke to confirm if it is oil or mayble fuel or antifreeze?

Does it get better or go away when the truck is at operating temp?

I should add after trying it out more today only seems like it does it in first and second gear, it's automatic, and even when warm it still blows blue, but doesn't seem to sputter
