04 6.0 with tranny temp and code prob.

04 F350 6.0 cclb drw. Today the tranny trmp gauge stopped working right, when transmisson was up to temp on my scanguage 2 it was reading cold or close to it. Also when the gauge gets into where it should be it keeps going. (Gets really hot according to my scanner) also i got codes, p0470 ans p0472. The one is for the exhaust lressure sensor and the other im not sure whats it for. The tranny also is shifting funny to. Will click neutral, wont shift right, drops out of gear. It shifts good when everything is stone cold but when my scannerz says its building the normal temp and the guage on dash reads it as cold. It was at 165 empty with thr guage barely moved. Do i neex a new transmission? Do those codes have anything to do with it? Please help me, ive just had major engine work done less thsn a month ago. (Oil pan, all new pullies on the front of the truck, new p pump and more) any help would be awesome, i dont know what to do.
