Electronic, maybe tranny issue

This is really messed up. 2 Days ago, My flashers and brake lights stopped working, everytime I would replace Fuse #18, it would pop if I braked. So I bought a brake light switch and changed it, this time, flashers worked, but right signal flashed quickly, but then, braked, and once again the fuse blew.

Today, my tow haul light would flash periodically, then towards the end of the day, consistently. I am not sure, but maybe the tranny is going? Seems the truck is making some wierd noise when I let off the throttle, like just an empty noise, not sure if you know what I mean. I also heard of people having similar problems and it being a tranny sensor.

I had some work done on it last year, reman engine with egr delete, arp head studs and black onyx head gaskets. I don't run a chip.

here is a video, might need to turn up volume a little to hear it.

It's a 2007.
