04 6.0L crank but nostart-after ipr replace

Says it all in title. Truck ran and drove just fine other than a random idle sometimes(reason why we replaced the IPR), but after we put it back together it wouldnt start.

I remember it made the injector buzz on the first key on position but now the injectors just are not working(as far as i can tell...im not a diesel mechanic in anyway haha).

As for everything else, fuel pump is turning on, batteries have tons of juice, starter working good.

One odd thing i did notice is that while its turning over the RPM gauge does not move-does this indicate anything?

The only thing i could really point to is air in the fuel system...however i dont see how that would prevent the injectors from turing on.

thanks

Check wire connections to make sure they're hooked up.

If you took off the FCIM check to make sure ground and plugs are FULLY seated.
