Exclamation No Start Till vehicle moved

Have a buddy that is having an issue starting his 2004 6.0L untill he moves vehicle then it will fire up. If it sits will not start up then if you move it 5 feet will start. Vehicle sits for most of the week due to a company vehicle. Just started this weekend.
