Got broke injector?

Two days ago my truck was perfect on the way to work. Then in the afternoon on the way home it was skipping pretty good out of no where. Put the scanner on it and number 2 was missing constantly. Pulled it down yesterday and put another injector in it and this is what I found.

That would cause a major oil leak! Did you retrieve the other cap screw? If not, you need to try and find it before it gets where it can do some damage.

Yeah I found the broke bolt. It was laying down in the top of the head. And I already put another injector in it. We have a few good used injectors at the shop so all it cost me was about 45 minutes of my time to do the swap.
