Angry Turbo grinding

So let give a little info of my past week. Started by getting egr and oil coolers replaced. Drove 300 mile north pullin my trailer and truck didn't have power to go up hills checked chip says codes for inj 1&5 so back to ford I go. They replaced all 8 inj. Get back on the road and made it 200 miles and a loud grinding noise started, pulled over checked chip no codes. Opened hood sounds like it coming from turbo also noticed a little smoke from same area. So called a tow truck n back to ford it goes again. My ? Is what would cause the turbo to do that.
