2006 Studdering @ 1100rpm

Hey all. Within the last 2 months I had a headstudd/ delete job done at my local shop. At the same time 2 injectors were replaced. The other day driving to work the truck misfired for a second and then shut off. Tried to restart a few times which I now know caused a hydraulic lock because of a blown injector. The shop fixed it under warranty.
Now.
I juast got the truck back a couple days ago and from the very second I started driving it felt different at low rpm while accellerating from a stop.

It occurs right at 1100 rpm and feels like a slight hesitation with a studder.
It is running a 100hp tune written by this shop but I did not feel this prior to last weeks injector issue.

Have you tried returning the truck to stock tuning?

It sounds like a stiction issue, but it could still be purging air. Take it out for a few "drive like you stole it" passes and you should see improvement... or not.
