This cant figure this out!

03 6.0. Will not start. Cranks but no start. It's not getting fuel to the engine. Has a new pump, tank dropped and all lines blew out. Hfcm took apart and cleaned. Motorcraft filters. The pump is pulling fuel out of the tank just not pushing it to the engine. Did we just get a bad pump? I've checked everything with my scanner and everything looks good

get helper... take off the main fuel supply at the filter bowl. turn it to on and see what comes out. If you already blew out the line (may want to do it again ?) and no fuel comes out (and you have power at the pump and the pump is running), then you have a bad pump.

Took the line off the hfcm that goes to the engine and turned it on and nothing comes out.

Check the many "no start" threads in the 6.0 Engine area of the forum. Many of them (like mine) point to a bad FICM.

How much fuel is in the tank? I had one of these that basicly vapor locked and had a draw straw issue in the tank. It was below 1/4 tank added 5gallons of fuel and removed the upper filter cap and then got fuel. If that's not it then yah I would agree bad hcfm. Did you get a ford one or aftermarket?

It's around 1/4 tank, but before we dipped the tank it was bout 3/4 and was doing the same thing then. it doesn't make sense, the hfcm will get fuel to it but it won't push it to the motor. Yes the line is clear. You can remove the line from the hfcm and pour fuel in the top bowl and it will come out the bottom, plus the line had been blowed out.

Sounds like somthin in the hcfm is blocking the fuel from being pumped out. I would start with a new hcfm...and a ford one at that.
