no start issue after working on

I was working on my 2003 F250 6.0L cleaning the turbo, egr delete, ICP sensor replace. After I put everything back together all it does is crank and will not start. I check the FICM voltage and got 47v at cranking and tested the ICP and got 2v at cranking which i calculated at about 1500 PSI. Seems like alot? I have to idea what else to check and suggestion would be fantastic.
