P0278 won't go away!!

Hey I got a 03 6.0 it's got a p0278 code when I first got the truck it would spit and sputter at 2500 or more rpms I changed injector truck ran great no codes drove it for 30 and instantly I hear it having a slight miss so I scan p0278 was back so I swaped icp senser still same did fuel filters and replaced ficm still ran the same so then I unplugged injector harness then it ran really ****ty so I know the harness is good but then I was reading on the forums of it being a bent pushrod or a lifter so I checks valve train rockers good push rods not bent but I relized whoever did the head studs put cyl#6 pushrods upside down so I put them copper up put it back together truck ran great for 30 then went back to having a slight miss but the p0278 code didn't come back till 3,000 miles later the truck has trouble starting sometimes some times it won't start at all it idles smooth no smoke just sounds like a slight miss took it to 3 different ford dealers and no one can figure it out they just tell me they can't find nothing wrong with it any help would be greatly spprieated thanks
