Glow Plug Problem

I just got my truck back from getting a new oil cooler and EGR delete. It starts and runs fine, but now I have three codes that are showing up. They refer to cylinder 1,3,and 7 glow plug circuit. Could this be related to the shop unhooking and rehooking up wires wrong? I'm not very familiar with the glow plug system. I tried clearing the codes and they came right back. Thanks

That's odd that you're getting those codes now. Have you tried visually inspecting the wiring to see what it looks like? They shouldn't have had to touch that at all... Maybe check the connections at the GPCM too? Weird. I can dig up the test specs for the glow plugs and the GPCM to verify those are in working condition if you'd like. Do you have a multi-meter?

I do have a multimeter. If you have the test specs that would be great. Ill be able to get in there this weekend and try to figure it out.
