No start with 5 codes

I haven't checked my FICM yet, but could a bad EGR valve cause a no start? My truck is showing P0113, 0404, 0405, 0603, and 1000. The first 3 are EGR codes. Before the no start, it had been bucking in overdrive, low on power, and missing on acceleration. Plus it started hard when cold. The last time I started it, it was a cold start, it fired up, ran on what seemed like 7 cylinders, then 6, then rougher until it died and will not start now. I have a feeling it is the FICM but I'm curious if a bad EGR will cause these issues too? Truck is an 03, bone stock with 140K miles

40-44v while running is bad. Should repair/ replace the ficm. Take your egr off and clean it. If its really wet then your cooler is shot and its time to look into a delete or bullet proof cooler. Those driving symptoms could be from the egr, but your injectors dropping is definetly the ficm

Probably a short in the pigtail or harness.
