Need to know part # for coolant hose

Alright so I went to ford to grab some coolant, just for future use, and came back home to my truck leaking quite a bit of coolant. The hose is one that wraps behind the engine, and was actually pressed against the engine burning a hole through it. I've looked high and low but can't find the right hose.

I've got a 2004 F250 6.0.

It's connected to the Overflow Hose and directly below the reservoir. It's the dashed line in the diagram, with the (__) being the reservoir, and you're looking at it from the driver's side.
